Intellectual and Expressive Blocks, Reading 7 360 AV

Blocks are something I haven't even thought about and it happens daily! Intellectual blocks are the "mental blocks" and expressive blocks give you a hard time to express/ explain yourself clearly. Everything you're trying to solve a problem or express yourself, and you fail. Usually, one gives up if they've reached a block and hopes to solve it later, but this author suggests finding other methods of doing your problem solving. Visual thinking isn't the only "ammunition" available to us. I like the strategies listed, such as: build up, work forward/ backword, classify, relate, organize, guess, etc. Changing up our use of such strategies could be beneficial to us. Another factor in boosting our anti-block abilities is making sure you have all the information needed or the correct information. Seems obvious, but there are times when we miss a vital piece of information that could make all the difference.
